As for the supplicating to the righteous and beseeching them, and directing towards them in difficulty and distress, here a muslim doesn't differ in its impermissibility, and ruling upon it that it's from major Shirk, so there isn't two positions on their Takfeer nor on the Takfeer of the Jahmiyyah". <Ad-Durar As-Sanniyyah> (4/409).
9. The Imam, Suleiman bin Abdillah bin Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab, may Allah have mercy upon him, said in <Tayseer Al-Azeez Al-Hameed> (p.192): "Know that the scholars unanimous agreed upon that whoever directs anything of two types of supplication to other than Allah, then they are a Mushrik, even if they said Laa ilaha illallaa wa Muhammudun Rasuululaah and payed and fasted, as the condition of Islam when uttering the two testifications is to not worship except Allah, so whoever produced the two testifications and then worshipped other than Allah, they didn't come with them in reality even if they uttered it, like the Yahuud when they say Laa ilaha illallaah (1) whilst they are Mushriks, and merely saying it doesn't suffice in Islam without acting upon what it means, and believing what it means combined". End of speech.

10. The Allaamah, Al-Buhuuti, may Allah have mercy upon him, said in <Kashful-Qanaa'> (14/227): "(The Shaykh said: "Or if they hated their messenger or what he came with) the Messenger (by consensus, and he said: or taking intermediaries between them and Allah and placing reliance upon them, and supplicating them and asking them, by consensus. 12. Al-Qaadhi 'Iyyaadh, may Allah have mercy upon him, whereby he said in <Ash-Shifaa bi-Ta'reefi Huquuq Al-Mustafa> (2/611): "Similarly we make Takfeer for every action which the Muslims unanimously upon that it doesn't take place except from a Disbeliever even if its perpetrator is stating Islam whilst they are doing those actions, like prostration to idols and to the Sun, the moon, the cross and fire ..., the Muslims unanimously agreed upon that this doesn't occur except from a Disbeliever, and that these actions are a sign for disbelief, even if the perpetrator is stating Islam". End of speech.
The Allaamah Aba Butayn, may Allah have mercy upon him, stated in commentary on this speech: "Look at thim relaying a consensus on the Disbelief of those that worship other than Allah from the angels and other than them, and this is manifest, and all praise is to Allah". 15. The Imam, the Mufti, Abdullah bin Abdirrahman Aba Butayn, may Allah have mercy upon him, and the mention of him relaying the Imam has preceded shortly, and before this he relayed the consensus of Shaykh-Ul-Islaam in this also.
▪️The Allaamah, Aba Butayn, may Allah have mercy upon him, also relayed the consensus of the scholars, and was severe against those that claim that the ignorant are excused in the application of the ruling of Shirk upon them: "All of those of today who perform that at these shrines, they are Mushrik disbeliever without doubt, by evidence of the Qur'an and the Sunnah and Consensus, and we know that those who do this from those that ascribe to Islam, they didn't fall into this except through ignorance, if they were to know of this they would've stayed away as far as possible in that it was the Shirk which Allah forbade, they wouldn't have came close to it, so all the scholars declared them as disbelievers and they didn't excuse them for ignorance, as some of those that are astray say: "They are excused because they are ignorant". I.e disbelieve by Consensus, and this is a ruling upon particulars, for this reason they mentioned it in the chapter of the ruling of the apostate.
The Allaamah, Abdullah Aba Butayn, may Allah have mercy upon him, said as it comes in <Ad-Durar As-Saniyyah> (10/404): "Look at his statement: "He's a disbeliever by consensus of the Muslims, also he asserted with certainty the Disbelief of those who are of this condition, and this is the consensus of the Muslims, and he didn't say in this area: you can make Takfeer of those that do this until what the Messenger came with is clarified to them, and his statement: "Whoever affirms them as intermediaries in this manner is a disbeliever a Mushrik, it's a must to request them to repent", so he asserted their Disbelief before the requesting the repentance". 18. The Allaamah, Ishaaq bin Abdirrahman bin Hassan, may Allah have mercy upon them all, whereby he said in <Takfeer Al-Mu'ayyan> (p.9): "The scholars unanimously agreed upon that the people of Al-Fatrah, those that worshipped other than Allah, are Mushriks and not Muslims". End of speech.
I said:
And the people of Al-Fatrah are not specific to a certain time period, the Allaamah Aba Butayn, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "The title Al-Fatrah isn't specific to a nation with the exclusion of others, as stated by Imam Ahmad in his Khutbah "The refutation upon the heretics and the Jahmiyyah": "All praise is to Allah who has made in every period of time a ˹Fatrah˺ of Messengers: remnants from the people of knowledge". And this wording has been reported from Umar may Allah be pleased with him". End of speech.
So every time and place wherein the Da'wah of Tawheed didn't reach the people, without negligence and turning away by them, be it that they ascribed to Islam or not, then they fall under the ruling of the people of Al-Fatrah; those who are not given the title Muslim by Consensus as preceded, and they will be excused regarding the application of the punishment in the Dunya, as for the day of Judgement; their ruling will be to Allah, He will test them as the Hadith of Abu Hurairah and Al-Aswad bin Saree', may Allah be pleased with them, points to - as preceded.
And from the speech of the Allaamah Ishaaq bin Abdirrahman bin Hassan, may Allah have mercy upon him, also in relaying the Consensus is: His statement in his book <Takfeer Al-Mu'ayyan> (p.18) and he is relaying from his grandfather the Mujadid: the Takfeer upon the ignorant of Tawheed as a category and as a type, basing it upon the evidences of the Book and the Sunnah and the Consensus of the Ummah: "And it's known that those that made Takfeer of the Muslims based upon their desires like the Khawarij and the Raafidah, or made Takfeer upon those that were mistaken in the Ijtihaadi affairs in Usuul and the Furuu', then this one is an Innovator misguided in opposition to what the Imams of guidance and the Mashaayikh of the religion are upon.
Like Shaykh-Ul-Islaam Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab he doesn't make Takfeer of anyone of this sort, nor from this type, he only makes Takfeer of what the noble Book and what the authentic Sunnah have uttered with, and what the Ummah have unanimously agreed upon doing Takfeer upon, like those who change their religion, and do the actions of those from the pre-Islamic ignorance, those that worship the prophets and the angels and the righteous and invoke them, for indeed Allah made Takfeer of them and permitted their blood and their offspring, due to worshipping other than Him, be it a prophet or a wali or an idol, and there isn't a difference in the disbelief amongst them, as the noble Book and the prevalent Sunnah points towards". End of speech.
19. The Allaamah Hamd bin Nasir bin Ma'mar, may Allah have mercy upon him, whereby he said as found in <Majmuu'atur-Rasaail wal-Masaail wal-Fataawa> (p.139): "So whoever invokes a dead person or someone who is absent, and said: "O my Sayyid so-and-so grant me aid, help me, or have mercy upon me, or release me of this difficulty and the likes of this, is a disbeliever a Mushrik, they are requested to repent, if not they are killed, and this is from what hasn't got any differing between the scholars, because this is the Shirk of the Mushriks who the Prophet ﷺ fought". 20. The Allaamah, Ahmad An-Najmi, may Allah have mercy upon him, whereby he said in his refutation of the book "The excuse of ignorance is the creed of the Salaf": "Whoever supplicated to other than Allah, or slaughtered to other than Allah, or vowed to other than Allah, and believed them to have capability in bringing harm and benefit, and to give and to prevent, then they are a Disbeliever by unanimous agreement of the Muslims, but their blood isn't permitted except after Da'wah and clarification, and this is due to those that do this having nullified the meaning of "Laa ilaha illallaah", and this statement doesn't benefit except those that say it knowing the meaning and acting upon what it necessitates, the most high said:

21. The Shaykh, Muhammad Haamid Al-Fiqqi, may Allah have mercy upon him, whereby he said in commentary upon the speech of Shaykh-Ul-Islaam on the elaboration on the Takfeer of the people of Innovation: "This elaboration -and Allah knows best- is regarding the people of Desires and Innovations which there is no textual evidence from the Book and the Sunnah that their perpetrator is a disbeliever, as for the Innovations which there are legislative texts for, then not Shaykh-Ul-Islaam nor other than him from the Salaf would refrain from proclaiming their Takfeer, and this is regarding the likes that proclaim Shirk and idolatry, by supplicating the dead and beseeching them, and and making Tawaaf and staying at the idols which have been erected with their names, and spending money to please them, and to keep their anger away, and establishing celebrations of Shirk in their name, whilst they recite the clear [passages from the] Qur'an that this is Shirk but they redirect His verses away from them, so all the books of Shaykh-Ul-Islaam clearly state their disbelief, so there is no valid prayer behind them, however much they make claim for themselves and the ignorant folk make claims for them". End of speech.
I said:
And for the researches they can add to these statements, for indeed the speech of the people of knowledge in clarification of it being an area of agreement are too much to put a number to, and the intent is to point to what sheds light upon this topic, and Allah is the granter of success.

All praise is for Allah, we praise Him, we seek His help, we ask for His forgiveness, and we seek refuge with Allah from the evils of our own souls and the wickedness of our actions, whoever Allah guides, there is none that can lead him astray, and whoever Allah allows to go astray, there is none that can lead him to the right path.
I testify and bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship in truth but Allah, alone, without any partners.
And I testify and bear witness that Muhammed is His Slave and Messenger.
"O you who believe! Fear Allah (by doing all that He has ordered and by abstaining from all that He has forbidden) as He should be feared. [Obey Him, be thankful to Him, and remember Him always], and die not except as Muslims with complete submission to Allah."
[Aal-i-'Imraan:102]
"O mankind! Be dutiful to your Lord, Who created you from a single person (Adam), and from him (Adam) He created his wife [Hawwa (Eve)], and from them both He created many men and women and fear Allah through Whom you demand your mutual (rights), and (do not cut the relations of) the wombs (kinship). Amma Ba'd:
This is the second volume of (The Sound Advice), we put it out -with the aid of Allah- for our brothers the students of knowledge, as a completion of the first volume, and as an additional clarification for the correct understanding of the evidences and the knowledgebased establishments by the Imams of the religion in the establishing of this subject matter, and clarification of its scenario.
And the first volume has -and praise is to Allah alone- obtained acception in the midst of Ahlussunnah, so all praise to Allah alone firstly and lastly:
(وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعْمَةٍ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ)
"And whatever you have of favor - it is from Allah".
[An-Nahl:53]
And I ask Allah, to place aid of His religion and His Tawheed, in this volume and the one that preceded, what will be stored for me, for:
(يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم)
"The Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will avail, Except him who brings to Allah a clean heart."
[Ash-Shu'ara:88-89]
And all praise is to Allah, lord of all that exists.

www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1372
The fifth matter: Is there a difference between major Shirk and the rest of the things which one becomes a disbeliever for in the subject matter of Excusing?
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1380
The sixth matter: The importance of differentiation between the clear-cut affairs and the obscured affairs at stipulating the establishment of the evidences, and alongside this is:
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1387
A. A discourse on the claim "major Shirk being from the clear-cut affairs is a relative affair!".
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1391
B. A dismantlement of the usage of the Companions not making Takfeer of Qudaamah bin Madh'uun, as evidences.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1393
C. A clarification of the flailing by those that make a differentiation between those that curse at Allah and the accuser of the mother of the believers Aisha with fornication, declaring the one that does this a disbeliever as particulars (not just stating generally) due to this being known by necessity, and between the ignorant abandoner of Tawheed; those that live amongst the Muslims, stipulating the establishment of the evidences at descending the ruling upon particulars.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1396
D. A clarification that the natural predisposition and the intellect which one knows Tawheed through, is an evidence at the invalidating of Shirk, and this doesn't require a Messenger - and rejecting this is stubbornness against the intellect and natural predisposition, but the punishing for is dependent upon the sending of the Messengers.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1398
The seventh matter: Was grave worship present during the time of the Salaf-us-Saalih and the golden generations, because we find what's been relayed from them being a little, regarding clarifying that the grave worshippers are Mushriks?
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1406
The eighth matter: The extent of the effect of time and place in labelling the ignorant of Tawheed as Mushrik.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1414
The ninth matter: A clarification of the understanding of the Salaf and the Imams regarding the negation of the punishment before the establishment of the evidences, and that this doesn't contain negation of labeling the ignorant of Tawheed as a Mushrik.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1416
The tenth matter: Is there a difference in this subject matter between the rulings of the Dunya and that of the Aakhirah, and between Disbelief -or Disbeliever- outwardly, and Disbelief -or Disbeliever- outwardly and inwardly, which of the two contains stipulation of the establishment of the evidences upon particulars?
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1427
The eleventh matter: A clarification that the application of the title Mushrik upon particulars who are ignorant of Tawheed, from those that worship other than Allah: is an area of Consensus, as for the ruling the Disbelief which one is punished for, upon particulars, is a must that there's establishment of the evidence.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1446
The twelfth matter: We have come to know from the speech of the scholars that the children of the disbelievers whilst they are ignorant, they are given the ruling of being aligned with their fathers, in that they are Mushriks and disbelievers outwardly in the Dunya, so isn't this said regarding the ignorant of Tawheed who is culpable, Min Baab Al-Awlaa [from the angle of what has more priority].

[Page 3]
The thirteenth matter: a clarification of what some of those, who aren't known for capability in verification and preciseness in the affairs of creed, establish, whereby they call to:
A. Excusing the ignorant of Tawheed who live amongst the people of Tawheed, and considering them Muslims! And that they can be married and prayed behind, and inherited from! And that the scholars of Saudiyyah only ruled upon those of this condition that are there with them, to be Mushriks because the evidences have been established in their lands, contrary to Yemen and Egypt and Sudan, and other countries!
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1453
B. Stipulating knowing the truth and then stubbornly persisting, at calling them Mushriks and ruling Disbelief upon them.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1559
C. Alongside his statement that the subject matter of the excuse of ignorance is a subject matter of differing with the people of knowledge, except he nullifies his claim by not excusing those that oppose him in this! And is severe against those that establish what the Salaf and the Imams of the religion used to establish in calling the ignorant grave-worshippers Mushriks! And describing them as having fallen into a dangerous trap and slippery slope.
www.tg-me.com/The Official English Channel of Shaykh Abu Hatim Yusuf Al & 39;Inaabi Al Jazaa& 39;iree/com.AbuHaatimEn/1569
D. That it's feared upon them to become Takfeeris due to their Takfeer of the ignorant Muslims!
E. Him warning from spreading the Fataawa and the articles of the people of knowledge which establish this!
The fourteenth matter: A clarification of the weakness of what the opposers in this subject matter use as an evidence -in ruling upon the ignorant of Tawheed to be a Muslim-: Either in what relates to authenticity, or in what relates to how it's presented as evidence, of both together.
From this is:
Firstly: Discoursing the usage of "That the Prophet ﷺ didn't make Takfeer of those that requested from him to acquire a Dhaat Anwaat, because they are new to Islam, like Musa ﷺ didn't make Takfeer of those that said: "Make for us an ˹ilah˺ how they have an ˹ilah˺", as an evidence in the establishing of this.
Secondly: Discoursing the usage of the Hadith of the man that commanded his children to burn him.
Thirdly: Discoursing the claim that Prophet Musa ﷺ didn't make Takfeer the companions of As-Saamiri those that worshipped the calf besides Allah.
Fourthly: Discoursing the usage of the speech of Shaykh-Ul-Islaam to the Jahmiyyah: "If I was in your place I would've disbelieved, because I know that this is Disbelief and because you are ignorant", as an evidence for the excusing of the ignorant of Tawheed.
Fifthly: Discoursing the usage of Imam Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab not making Takfeer of those who worship the idol on the grave of Al-Badawi in Egypt because they are ignorant!, as evidence.
And the attribution of not calling the ignorant of Tawheed Mushriks except those who the evidences have been established upon to the two Imams: Ibn Taymiyyah and Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab.
Sixthly: Discoursing the claim that Imam An-Najdi didn't make Takfeer of those that worship the grave of Al-Badawi because they are blind-followers of the scholars of Shirk and the evidence hasn't been established upon them.
Seventhly: Discoursing the claim that the Imams didn't declare Al-Busairi to be a Mushrik -whilst he acknowledges that his "Burdah" articulates Shirk with Allah- because they excused him due to ignorance or misinterpretation.
Eightly: Discoursing his claim of the consensus of the scholars on that misinterpretation -unrestrictedly- is from the causes which prevent Takfeer and the ruling with Shirk.
And other than this of what the reader will find -with the permission of Allah- in this volume, paired with evidences from the Book and the Sunnah and the Salafi Establishments by the Imams of the religion.
And Allah is the granter of success.

The fourth matter: Does the rulings of ignorance vary with the Salaf?
I say seeking aid with Allah:
Know -may Allah grant me and you success- that ignorance doesn't have one single ruling with the people of knowledge, rather it is categorised to what relates:
▪️The cause which resulted it (1): from this angle it's of two types:
Ignorance which is caused by turning away whilst being able to obtain knowledge, or there's the presence of those that can notify them, and Ignorance which is caused by not having anyone that can notify them whilst not being negligent.
▪️As for the first: Ignorance which is caused by not having anyone that can notify them whilst not being negligent:
The scholars used as an example for this type of person - due to it being thought to contain this type of ignorance-: Those that grew up far away remote place, or in a country from the countries of the disbelievers, or being new to Islam, and the evidence of the Message not reaching them, whilst not falling short in searching (2), and it has preceded that the likes of this scenario doesn't exist in these current times, in what relates to those that ascribe to Islam.
As from what's known is that that in the current day of ours the means of media is available even in the furthest of isolated areas, and those that don't have this available, then there are means of transport which allow the people that reside in far away remote areas to buy and sell and to mix with the people of Tawheed, which the affair which allows them to ask and to search for the truth, and similarly in what relates to those new to Islam.
And if we were to find scenarios which are exceptions, then these are rare cases, and the rulings are not tied to it and made a basis which are applied to all those that claim ignorance, or have others claim it for them, as the building of affairs of knowledge isn't done upon exceptions, as the clarification of this preceded in the first volume, the second matter (p.39).
▪️And Imam Ibn-Ul-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, has clarified that it is a must to make [a differentiation between a blind-follower who can obtain knowledge and knowing the truth and then turned away from it, and a blind-follower who wasn't able to do this at all.
The two categories are present in reality: those that are able and turned away are negligent, someone who left what's obligatory, and there is no excuse with Allah for them.
As for the one who is incapable to ask and get knowledge, those that are incapable to obtain knowledge at all, then they are also two categories:
One of them: those that want good, and are affected by it, and love it, incapable to obtain it, nor to search for it due to not having anyone to guide him, this one their ruling is that of the people of Al-Fatrah, and those who the Da'wah didn't reach". (3)
The second: Those that turned away, who don't care, other than what they are upon comes to them.
Allah will judge between His slaves on the day of Judgement with His ruling and His justice, and He won't punish except those who the evidences of the Messenger have been established upon, this is asserted regarding the creation generally. What's obligatory upon the slave is to believe that all that take other than the religion of Islam as a a religion to be a disbeliever, and that Allah exalted is He doesn't punish anyone except after establishment of the evidences upon them through the Messenger, and this is generally, and what relates particulars is entrusted to Allah to the knowledge of Allah the mighty and majestic and His ruling, this is in what relates to the rulings of reward and punishment.

Whoever's ignorance resulted due to their turning away from finding the truth, and seeking it, attached to the blind-following of the fathers and the likes of this, then they are culpable and those that turned away, contrary to those that knowledge didn't reach, nor turned away from it nor was negligent in seeking it, here they won't be culpable in this scenario, and they will be from the people of Al-Fatrah, they have the title of Islam negated from them in the Dunya due to their Shirk, as for the hereafter their affair is to Allah, He will test them, as the Hadith of Abu Hurairah and Al-Aswad bin Saree' points to, and the mentioned of it has preceded in -the first volume-, and the speech of the Imams like Ibn-Ul-Qayyim in <Tareequl-Hijratayn> (p.411) and the mention of this has preceded, and the Imam An-Najdi and many of the Imams of the Da'wah, may Allah have mercy upon them.
The Allaamah, Muqbil bin Haadi Al-Waadi'i, may Allah have mercy upon him, was asked: "There's a book by Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdulwahaab: "Mufeed Al-Mustafeed" in that the ignorant of Tawheed are not excused, what's your thoughts in this book".
From what he replied with is: "... (وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَٰتُنَا وَلَّىٰ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا كَأَنَّ فِىٓ أُذُنَيْهِ وَقْرًاۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ)

▪️And those that turned away -from the Tawheed of Allah the most high- are not benefited by them thinking they are upon guidance, through their ignorance or misinterpretation or blind-following.
Imam Ibn-Ul-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "All that turn away from guidance by way the revelation; which is the remembrance of Allah, it is a must that on the day of Judgement that they say:
(يَٰلَيْتَ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكَ بُعْدَ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ فَبِئْسَ ٱلْقَرِينُ)
"Oh, I wish there was between me and you the distance between the east and west - how wretched a companion."
[Az-Zukhruf:38]

"While they thought that they were guided".
[Al-A'raf:30]
What's said is: There's no excuse for this one, and their likes of the people of misguidance, those who the cause of their misguidance is turning away from the revelation which the Messenger ﷺ came with, even if they thought they were rightly guided, they are negligent in their turning away from following the guidance, so if they went astray then they have only become inflicted through their negligence and their turning away, and this is contrary to those that were misguided due to lack of the conveying of the Message, and their incapability of reaching it, this one has another ruling, and the threat in the Qur'an only covers the first, as for the second then Allah doesn't punish anyone except after the establishment of the evidences upon them". ▪️As for their statement: "those that can notify them", notification is through:
A. Either through statement: by going to those that worshipping other than Allah and saying to them: "What you are doing is Shirk" or "You are directing worship to other than Allah", or other words like this which contain warning or notification that they have fallen into what's impermissible at the very least.
B. Or through action: By those that worship other than Allah seeing Muslims -be them a little or many- upon Tawheed, opposing what they are upon of making partners with Allah.
In both scenarios -notification by statement or action-would suffice for them to push them to search and ask for the path to freeing themselves of the punishment of Allah, by knowing the reality of the testification which they are uttering and know that the salvation of the slave is through this.
If they decide to reject and to continue what they are upon of Shirk in blind-following of the fathers, or out of fanaticism to them, or other causes which pushed them to turn away from Tawheed and learning it, then they won't be excuse by consensus of the Ummah due to the establishment of the evidences upon them through the warning, and they will be a Mushrik disbeliever in the rulings of the Dunya and the Aakhirah.
As the warning occurring through notification by statement or action, stands at the place of the establishment of the evidences, Allah the most high said:
(كُلَّمَآ أُلْقِىَ فِيهَا فَوْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرٌ)

▪️The Allaamah, Ibn Utheymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "It is a must that we know that from the ignorant folk are those that have a type of stubbornness with them, i.e: the truth is mentioned to them, but they don't look for it nor follow it, rather they'll be what their elders are upon, and those they venerate and follow, and this one in reality isn't excused, because what has reached him of the evidence, at the very least it's a doubt for them which requires them to search for the truth to be clarified for them, and this one who's venerating the one that’s venerated by their followers, their situation is that of those that Allah said regarding them:
(بَلْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّهْتَدُونَ)
"Rather they say: "we found our fathers following a certain way and religion, and we guide ourselves by their footsteps".
[Az-Zukhruf:22]
And the other verse:
(إِنَّا وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّقْتَدُونَ)
"Indeed, we found our fathers upon a religion, and we are, in their footsteps, following."
[Az-Zukhruf:23]
End of speech, from what's intended from <Majmuu' Fataawa war-Rasaail Al-Utheymeen> (2/128).
▪️And from what is known with certainty by way of the evidences from the Book and the Sunnah and Consensus, that those that the Prophet ﷺ was sent amongst them, not all of them heard the evidences and had clarification occur to them -as preceded in the speech of Shaykh-Ul-Islaam-, rather many turned away from hearing, not choosing anything over blind-following and fanaticism to the forefathers, and Allah the most high clearly stated this with the most clearest of clarification in His statement:
(بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ ٱلْحَقَّۖ فَهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ)
"But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away".
[Al-Anbiya:24]
And His statement:
"But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away".
[Al-Ahqaf:3]
And the most high informed regarding the disbelievers encouraging others to turn away like this:
(وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَا تَسْمَعُوا۟ لِهَٰذَا ٱلْقُرْءَانِ وَٱلْغَوْا۟ فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَغْلِبُونَ)
"And those who disbelieve say, "Do not listen to this Qur'an and speak noisily during [the recitation of] it that perhaps you will overcome."
[Fussilat:26]
And the most high said:
(وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَٰتُنَا وَلَّىٰ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا كَأَنَّ فِىٓ أُذُنَيْهِ وَقْرًاۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ)
"And when our verses are recited to him, he turns away arrogantly as if he had not heard them, as if there was in his ears deafness. So give him tidings of a painful punishment".
[Luqman:7]
And more clarification will come on this with the permission of Allah.
Ibn-Ul-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "The furthest this category goes is that they are ignorant disbelievers, not stubborn, and the lack of them being stubborn doesn't exit from being disbelievers, as the disbeliever is he who has rejected the Tawheed of Allah the most high and belied the Prophet, either out of stubbornness, or out of ignorance, in blind-following those that are people of stubbornness, and even though them not being stubborn they are followers of those that are people of stubbornness, and Allah the most high has informed in the Qur'an in more than one place that those that blind-follower their predecessors will be punished, and that the followers will be with those that they follow, and that they will argue in the fire, and that the followers will say:
(رَبَّنَا هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ أَضَلُّونَا فَـَٔاتِهِمْ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِۖ قَالَ لِكُلٍّ ضِعْفٌ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تَعْلَمُونَ)
"Our Lord, these had misled us, so give them a double punishment of the Fire. He will say, "For each is double, but you do not know."
[Al-A'raf:38]> ...". End of speech <Taareequl-Hijratayn> (p.411-412).
▪️Whoever the Qur'an reaches, and what the Messenger ﷺ came with, then the evidence has been established upon them, and they would be of the ruling of those that know, either by action (having the knowledge) or by force (able to obtain it), and -with the permission of Allah- the explanation and clarification of the invalidity of stipulation by those that stipulation of knowledge in the establishment of the evidence will come (page 62).
▪️Rather the condition of the grave worshippers, those that live in the midst of the Muslims and ascribe to Islam whilst they are in the greatest of its nullifiers and its opposite:
Is worse.
They hear the speech of Allah and they don't reflect upon it nor contemplate over its meanings, while it has been revealed to clarify the path which leads to Allah, and they see the Muslims opposing them, and they hear the Da'wah of Tawheed on the media ... which stands sufficient in the clarification of their turning away, regardless if what was causing it was ignorance or blind-following, and to rule upon them with what's their outward condition of Shirk and worship of other than Allah.
[Where is the fear of Allah, and the striving which is being claimed by the grave worshippers, those that supplicate the dead and the absent, those that dismantle the loftiness of the creator over His creation, and negate His names and perfect attributes and lofty descriptions?! How when the Qur'an is being recited in every Masjid and school and house, and the texts from the Prophetic Sunnah are compiled and the authenticity thereof is known and affirmed?!
And Ibn-Ul-Qayyim, may Allah have mercy upon him, has clarified in the categorisation, the different types of ignorant blind-followers to the people of Disbelief, from the Jahmiyyah and the grave worshippers and others, and the conclusion of the area of dispute and the removal of confusion (1)]. End of speech from the speech of the Allaamah Suleiman As-Sahmaan, may Allah have mercy upon him, in <Kashful-Awhaam wal-Iltibaas> (p.48).
